Self-raising flour = 1 cup of multi-purpose flour + 1.5 teaspoons baking powder + 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
I am happy to DIY sweet potato bun for breakfast, those ingredients as following;
thin coated with flour, and then brush with egg yolk.
