I am happy to DIY sweet potato bun for breakfast, those ingredients as following;

  •    Sweet potato
  •    Dill
  •    Red bean, alternative ingredient cheese.
  •    Egg yolk
  •    Flour

thin coated with flour, and then brush with egg yolk.

  • russet potatoes (fry to golden yellow)
  • fresh Daikon radish (one hour with sugar, turmeric, a few drop of vinegar), afterwards radish has to wash with cold water.
  • dried radish 菜脯 (腌蘿蔔乾)
  • red carrot
  • ocimum basilicum (九層塔)
  • oil, less salt

healthy eating to reduce starch, a quick rinse under cold water can wash away much of the surface starch, more starch is removed from a cut potato than a whole peeled potato, because a greater surface area is exposed on cut potatoes. soak them in cold water for as long as a few hours to remove more starch than by rinsing alone.

to cut the red carrot matchstick shapes, soak into cold water one hour before cooking.

  • fresh prawns or chicken fillet
  • ideal full cream evaporated milk instead of coconut milk
  • cumin powder
  • carrot
  • dry shrimp, oil, red onion, salt
  • garnish with coriander

only wanted inner male flower bud, cut into small piece, MUST rinse with hot water twice, then rinse with ice cube water.

Ingredients

  • stock chicken or seafood
  • pumpkin, use blender
  • russet potatoes (use 1/5 of quantity of pumpkin), use blender
  • carrot, use chopped
  • salt

fruits, nuts & seeds  ( no blender )

  • toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • pine nuts
  • dried cranberries, use chopped
  • ground nutmeg, use blender

low heat frying onion garlic with oil, pouring stock & ingredients from blender, carrot to boil until tender, adding desired fruits, nuts & seeds.

Garnishing with green herbs, ENJOY aromatic PUMPKIN SOUP.
