- 2 cup WW flour (look brown colour)
- 2½ cups bread flour
- 1¾ cups milk
- 1 tbsp yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
